Time and Planning

By Kerie

I know I keep going on about planning and how important it is!

But its something I only do half heartily and because of it this week I have really suffered. While trying to build sites for Clickbank products and keep on posting to my blog. Real life got in the way. I am still working on a major website for a client, which got hacked then crashed and burned. It has taken three long days and nights, with plenty of help from the hosting company and one of the best programmers I have found on GetAFreelancer to get the site up running again.

You see I am wasting time again!!! Well my point is just like the website I crashed and burned this week. Now I am playing catch up. So I needed something to get me back on focus, and thats what I did I found an excellent resource.

Time in Motion

Time in Motion Action Planner

Its so easy to use for planning your project time, giving you clear focus and the best bit its FREE, its called Time in Motion Action Planner Like the adage “Failure to plan is planning to Fail”

So Plan to Succeed, Believe and Achieve.

    Hi Avis

Its so true, it is hard to stay focused but if you want to achieve that is what we must do. Look at the best sports people they always talk about focus. Look at the best business people they stay focus. They all do it by having a good team behind them and an action plan.

    Cheers Kerie :-)

    Hey Kerie,

Unfortunately it’s true – without a plan and a schedule we will end up being a busy fool!

I actually went nearly 3 months with my PS3 still in it’s box because I was ‘too busy’ and didn’t want the distraction.

So, I took time away from the ‘important’ stuff to plan and create a system I call ‘The Busy Fool Elimination Method’ it’s revolutionised how I work…and I’ve unpacked the playstation ;-)

My biggest tip is to always plan tomorrow today…make sure you know what your jobs are so you get just get up and crack on without wasting time figuring out what you should be doing!

    Cool blog! :-)
