Happy New Year
ByIts that time of year again when we all start making New Year Resolutions such as:
- losing weight
- quitting smoking
- more exercise
- reduce alchol intake
BUT how many of us stick to these. Knowing myself from previous years I had manage two weeks on a new diet and excerise regime before giving up. Then I changed my thinking instead of New Year resolutions I set myself targets with the time frame being the year. I also wrote these targets down, seeing them in black and white makes them more real than an empty promise.
Since writing these targets I have gone on to achieve. I have gained extra qualifications by attending evening classes. I have started to learn another language by attending intensive courses and starting to work on making a living online.
So first task this year is to write down my targets and then put them into a plan of action. I find breaking my targets down into a daily plan certainly helps. Also setting a time frame helps as you can organise your targets into tasks with easy to complete steps.
So here’s to 2010 and may it be full of blessings and great achievements for you all.

I am doing the same thing as well. It does help to break your tasks down! Its easier to eat the elephant a piece at a time whether than eat it all at once… lol Happy New Year!
